    Pretty like. But more practical. ROSS is the variation of "Systema" style under another training methods by Alexander Retuinskih, who is cofounder and codeveloper of original Kadochnikov's "Systema".

    Interesting video. I can see in the first demonstration, it's a bit how Fedor punches(:13 - :15). Along with the taking a hit video, on being relaxed. He said this was how he was fine after the Randleplex. Thanks for the videos.
