just use a stupid link generator way faster than this shit, resetting ip every fucken time!
what about if I download an ip hider/changer then will it allow me? coz mine is a static address too
after u download 1 rapidshare file the website checks ur ip address if u try to download a 2nd time. if the ip is different from the first then the website will allow u in. if it isn't then u'll just have to wait for 15min before u can download another file.
cool any dlmanager will do? like IDM, DAP,DAM,....?

It doesn't do anything bad. Your internet company - if on a dynamic connection - will assign you a new IP address every time you connect your modem. What he's talking about is resetting the modem (or just unplugging it for 30 seconds and then back in) to force a new IP address in between every file link...thus when you go to download each file has a different IP. The trick is, of course, not all internet companies use dynamic connects. Some are static and your IP doesn't change.
