Boohoo, he has no money. The dogs did nothing but he had them tormented, caged, and fought against each other often to the death. Nothing short or torment and death can earn him forgiveness in my eyes and sadly that will never happen.

Gimme a break. That pig went to jail for racketeering, NOT for the abuse and cruelty he inflicted upon those pit bulls. He isn't even CLOSE to having made amends. Not even CLOSE!

I'm not self righteous but I do think it takes a montser to allow things this cruel to go on all for the sake of profit. Someone deserves a second chance when they are sorry and I'm not sure if he really is sorry about what he's done to these dogs or if he is sorry about being caught and the loss of possessions...who knows? I don't think, however, that this man should be given back his dream job and million dollar salary...we're in a recession and he'd be the 1st person I'd cut out of my budget

actually their accepting him back under strict conditions and if anyone deserves a second chance vick does the man had all his funds gone and did jail time if that doesn't say second chance then i don't know what does many people would be fixing to kill themselves if they were vick and add in all those self righteous people calling him a monster

They're pretty sure that she was one of Vick's best fighters so she was a breeder her pups being valued up to $10,000 each! The reason Vick had a "vet" pull her teeth is so she couldn't harm the male when she was forced to breed. The size of her teats show how many litters she's had. Bait dogs teeth are usually filed down it doesn't cost anything and they can do it themselves. I'm so glad these dogs got a chance. One of Vick's Pits in the Bay Area CA is a therapy dog after only 5 weeks Awesome

I remember that case and it was terrible!Michael Vick so abused those poor poti bulls,jerk.Anyways they are so cute and deserve a chance to make some one a good pet.I tottally agree!I love those pit bulls.Did you know michael Vicks would slam them on the ground and some times kill them?its so great ot see the dogs in a family being loved instead of abused by some one that hates animals.

This poor dog had all her teeth removed! Can you imagine?! She must have been one of the dogs used for "bait" in the dog fighting rings of Michael Vick. People like him are of no use to our society. This dog must have suffered like we can't imagine--two pit bulls WITH teeth fighting in the ring with her in there as bait, and she couldn't even defend herself. I have cried so many times reading and thinking about these poor dogs who had to fight and had no voice in the matter.

That's so sad. That's so wrong that they can make you either move or get rid of a beloved family companion. You're so right. It's how the dog is raised, unless there's a neurological problem inherent to the individual dog. I've seen pits roll over like little puppies wanting their belly rubbed. I watched a huge pitball afraid to get on a vet's flat on the floor scale like the scale would bite her or something. All dogs deserve a chance. Thank God for organizations like this and Cesar Milan.

I wish I could adopt Georgia. She would spend the rest of her years here in my home, worry free. I would make it doggy paradise for her!

You'll be happy to know there was just a piece of legislation passed before congress that will make anything leading up to and including dog fighting itself, a federal offense with a mandatory 5 year sentence in a fed. pen. The leading up to part includes breeding, selling, purchasing, training, and I know I'm missing some other stuff. It's a huge step in banning dog fighting.

i hope whoever that guy is goes to jail and gets the death penalty!!!

I think she's just happy to be outa that Michael Vick's Bad Newz Kennels. I've seen many DT shows and videos about Georgia and she is a sweetheart. A sweet pitty that didn't ask for or deserve that shit he put her and so many other pitties through. Let's not forget that he murdered 8 pitties. I know I'll never forget.

no actually it was a guy that trained his dogs to fight..... and the landlord bought a dog from him.... *Landlord is a dumbshit* if you ask me... so this landlord was just asking to get attacked.... its not the dogs fault!!!! its the Flippin owners fault... the landlord probably hit the poor dog and the dog had had enough.... !!!
