good tips on those chicken holders. I didn't even know about them (I seen beer cans used for that purpose though). Chicken holder is probably better cuz it looks like you get more heat flow in there. Do you baste the chickens at all as they grill?
Man, looks like a nice house though ... lots of woods. I have to deal with loud ass neighbors. |

Hey, nice home you got,,,,,nothing like living on the lake! I'm looking to live on a lake myself :)
Anyway, can I cook the chicken on a regular charcoal grill the same way????
I guess you would have to add more coal to the grill later on and even cook longer right? Thanks for showing to know how :) |

| Hey, thanks for the comment. sure you can cook this with charcoal. Charcoal would probably be better. You can cook it until it falls off the bone, but dont let it get dry? |
