exelant rolling skills disapating the impact. good reflexes like that is the diferance between getting up or not cuzin a fight sht happens. that boxing stance is good ofence and defence it feels a little contorted at first but it will become just good habit. boxing is exelent to lern to bob weev and slip and counter punches. nice 2 c u not overlooking good boxing techniqe, you are making well rounded fighters.

i am also not trying to come of as a wise anus, but when you are properly trained and you diligently practice, you can in fact break falls. I can not vouch for everyone however because they may not practice enough and hurt themselves and complain that this doesn't work.

Maybe I should make a video on hard surface for everyone? I think i already posted a rolling video on concrete if you search for it.

I have been studying various Martial Arts, and boxing is a good one to learn. You say you want to pick up another Martial Art, that wont hurt your stance? I'd go with Hapkido or judo. They are good self defense arts, and doesn't take much strength to perform.

I respect you and what you do and fact that you belive in God. However, the falls you perform works on softer grounds (soil or matress) but would make trouble on thicker ones, like stone or concrete. Mind head contacts with the ground, and try to make an arm amort just a short moment BEFORE you hit the ground.

Nice video. It's also nice to see boxers and Martial Artists respecting other arts. I know many Martial Artists cross-train in boxing to get used to being hit, was this a similar case for you? I was hoping to start boxing soon, but I also want to pick up a Martial Art, not just for defense, but also so that I don't have to risk breaking my hands, which would hurt any career I manage to start. I'd prefer an art that wouldn't hurt my stance (if that could happen) but I'm open to all suggestions.

Really beautiful breakfalls. The boxing is good and clean, but a little shuffle in and out wouldn't hurt. Bookmarked.
