Video Stream Description:
Update 1-25-08
I would like to thank everyone that took the time to view this video. I encourage everyone to be open minded with the on going debate in martial arts. Yes, I would love to see a fight between Bruce Lee and any of the top MMA guys but I rather focus on the fact that martial arts have truly evolve
d over the years so there's really no need for who can beat who or what's better than so and so. Thanks again to all the martial artist and martial art fans out there for the one million + views. Peace. - Victor ----- A short documentary on the One Inch Punch. Interviews with Jeet Kune Do and
Wing Chun instructors. Discover more on what Bruce Lee demonstrated years ago. Shot and edited by Victor Tran. Contact me through youtube messages if you have any questions regarding this video.

Sprawling is not ... ( 1 day ago by kommisar)
Sprawling is not part of kung fu. It's funny, the kung fu LARPer will always say it's not the style but the fighter and that his art trains him in all kinds of "devastating" or even "deadly" moves, yet when it comes to a real fight, he can't help but try to mimick moves from other styles and usually even outright abandons his retarded kung fu style in favor of something that's actually more effective.
Also, you were ... ( 1 day ago by kommisar)
Also, you were obviously facing shitty grapplers (assuming you're not lying) since it's 100% legal in MMA to punch the other fighter in the teeth during a takedown defense yet we pretty much never see that happening, and Joe Louis NEVER used the gay 1" punch. If you disagree, how about you show us a friendly sparring session with you using this stupid parlor trick. Funny enough as well, no kung fu LARPer has ever had the balls to do this, to prove the 1" punch is an actual fighting mmove.
Juneau, the ... ( 1 day ago by kommisar)
Juneau, the double-talking kung fu LARPer will talk about how good his style is, then when he's in a real fight he abandons all the fancy, graceful, "deadly" moves he's learned in his so-called "effective" art in favor of straight-up, gritty brawling. There are tons of videos here that serve as evidence to this. Then after their shitty style fails them, they claim it was their own fault, not the system's, even though their own masters fight almost as poorly. It's a joke that keeps on giving.

Shut your mouth up Kommisaration. Stop thinking you know what youre talking about. You were owned ages ago. Get councelling for your jealousy rather than get owned over the PC.
Plenty of fighters ... ( 1 day ago by xiaou2)
Plenty of fighters abandon their good training when they are under stresses. Its the fighters who fail, admit it, then go back and train harder.. who eventually get successful with sticking to what they have been taught, even under the most intense situations. High level skills dont come by typing on a keyboard buddy. Those who have done poorly have done better than you, for attempting to get to a higher level in skill. You will be stuck in kindergarten level forever.
Kom has never had ... ( 1 day ago by baldeaglenests)
Kom has never had had a fight in his life, and he thinks he can tell us about what art is effective.
Get your ass in the street beat by a wing chun man in the street and then come back to us.
Well, I have done ... ( 1 day ago by shkotay)
Well, I have done Kung fu, TKD, Shotokan, Capoeria, etc. I have found that stylistically they only work well if you are highly conditioned and if your opponent fights you by the same rules, unless you're roy jones jr fast. Muay Thai and Boxing were far less energy intensive and more practical in my opinion, and took much less time to learn. However, ppl who drill extensively in esoteric arts CAN use them effectively. Try out a true shaolin monk sometime. They know their bizz man.
As for the 1 inch ... ( 1 day ago by shkotay)
As for the 1 inch punch I have seen it used in combat situations but it is pretty rare to find a guy who can position himself fast enough and then turn it over to make it work. You can literally send a guy flying though if you do it right. I am just not that quick.

u c kommissar it will be pitiful to gouge out the eyes of ur mma dickheads if kungfu practitioners use thier fullforce or something. u c ufc is a sport there are limitations no low blow, eye gouging etc moreover they have to use gloves "to prevent serious damages on d players" u can just c how pathetic r ur "ultimate fighters"
The grapplers Ive ... ( 12 hours ago by xiaou2)
The grapplers Ive fought were very skilled, but w/ bad attitudes & intentionally hurt many artists in so called friendly sparring. Each time they entered to get close2me, I knocked them senseless w/ a fraction of my power available. Video will not change your mind, as u will say its a setup. Power isnt seen. Its Felt.I was 150lbs 6ft tall, besting fighters 200 to 350lbs regularly. After thry got struck w/ 'light' FaJing, the respect quickly followed.
You really dont ... ( 12 hours ago by xiaou2)
You really dont know what you are talking about. The strike needs NO SETUP. What Lee shows is only DEMO version! The real strike can be done from any distance, and done in realtime on the fly. It can be done w/ ANY strike, and with almost Any part of the body. It can target any area. Most effective is the forehead=easy KO lightly.full power for brain damage/death.Done right, guy dont move back, but his organs r destroyed(Ruptured).Send flying = push(demo)version.
I dont know any MMA ... ( 11 hours ago by xiaou2)
I dont know any MMA fighters who are stupid enough to take a DeathMatch challenge. Let alone take a scientific test of combat effective results. Heck, they cant even win a battle of logic in a text format...
Bruce Lee had the ... ( 3 hours ago by rowanatkin)
Bruce Lee had the goal of being the greatest fighter in the history of the world. When he attained the belief he was unbeatable.
He set himself another goal of being the first Asian Superstar.
Some video of its ... ( 2 hours ago by shkotay)
Some video of its use in live combat then would be helpful as proof then if you can provide it. Body mechanics is everything with a srike, and like a cut kick, left hook or good right hand you need foot position and a turn of the hips. I cant see it being ay different with this, as in all the instructors videos they are all punching from the lead or back feet, and to get distance it loks like prep is needed. Show me something where its done on the fly, so I can see what you're talking about.
The only guys who ... ( 2 hours ago by shkotay)
The only guys who can use kung fu effectively though are guys like monks who drill all day, every day at it. For the rest it is too unweildy, impractical and energy intensive. I have been in fights with 'wing chun' and 'white crane' types and so on (and not just sparring), and every one got smacked down. The only guy to use kunf fu well was an actual shoalin monk I met once. The man finally agreed to spar after a LOT of bugging, and promptly whipped my butt.
That isnt true for ... ( 31 minutes ago by xiaou2)
That isnt true for everyone. One can get very proficient in WC within a short time & use it very well in fights/sparring. Yes, it will take a lot of serious training, and person should train at least 4days a week, and not just in class. This is a reality of combat. If u want the advantage,u need perfected skills. On street, u get only 1 chance,& pay w/ur life if you fail.Even sport fighters train on a very high level of intensity & frequency.
When u fight, knees ... ( 24 minutes ago by xiaou2)
When u fight, knees should always b slightly bent 2attain balance, power,&greater speed reactions. However, the technique of FaJing can b done without hip rotation if needed. Its an entire body attack.Shoot the strike & tighten every muscle of body on impact. The convulsion must b fraction of sec speed w/ perfect timing.Ive heard of masters who can break ur ribs from no distance away(bodies touching).Adding distance & hip rotation gives more power, but such power is not always needed to do the job.
U cant c that kind ... ( 11 minutes ago by xiaou2)
U cant c that kind of power easily on video. How can u c if guys rib fractured, brain damaged, shooting pains?Secret:The power detonates internally&isnt lost2pushing target backwards.Pushing guy bak is diluted power. When uC Lee strike, impact is hard but UcantC that,But he then pushes thru 4show.He could get more power without that push, but would seriously hurt the guy, so didnt.C video of chen xiaowang fajin. watch the intensity of guys body muscles convulse & energy ripple like waves.
You honestly have ... ( 4 minutes ago by ohmandamp)
You honestly have no clue of the little discrepancies the human body has. Anyways, slicing someone's carothid would be lethal.
Go to some of the prominent Martial arts forums. Go see how many people cross train in TMA.
Kommy, it's not up to us to prove that gong fu as a fighting art is incompetent. The onus is on you.
Schools that teach full contact fighters can produce as legit a fighter as an MT can. It's up to the fighters to cross train in grappling arts like Judo and maybe some TCC.
Put glass bowls on ... ( 14 minutes away by xiaou2)
Put glass bowls on glass plates about 2+ ft away from u on a table.Stand on flexible flooring.(wood rather than concrete)Thrust your palms face down towards floor till ur arms are extended 2the end. This typical punch energy.(Dont go past the full extension!) Now, This time, when palms hit the end, tighten ur palms, arms, chest, abs, legs all same time, downwards. The energy should rattle the bowls wickedly. That is simplest FaJing in action.Stronger fajing=more violent energy released.
Why would I need to ... ( 17 minutes away by kommisar)
Why would I need to go to a forum when I can just look up the pros' backgrounds? What's with slicing the carotid? Do kung fu fuckers slice with their bare hands? No, it's up to a system to prove itself effective, and so far kung fu hasn't done that. Look at all the tons of kung fu "masters" fighting like school girls and the ridiculous concepts kung fu teaches, like this retarded 1" punch. Funny enough no kung fu fighter can make it in a full-contact stand-up competition. Hmmm....
Even a 90lb woman, ... ( 24 minutes away by xiaou2)
Even a 90lb woman, if could channel all her weight, can b lethal. A 90lbs ball hitting you in the head @ +40mph would mess you up. This is why FaJing is the most dangerous power & has been kept the highest secret of the Chinese arts.(and very few other styles as well) FaJing is whole body power in fraction of second speed. A convulsive action, at the end of any typical strike. This is likely where the legend of Dethtouch came from.Looks like nothing happened, but inside, guy is seriously injured.
Kungfu has over ... ( 30 minutes away by xiaou2)
Kungfu has over 1500yrs of on field battle tested proof idiot. We await the MMA guy to prove his abilities with life & deth... esp against multiples... as well as weapons too. MMA is a joke buddy. Its stolen tactics, unperfected, uncompleted, & based on sport rules. Not real combat.Your just a fanboy w/ huge imagination, & no concept of reality.
I have to disagree. ... ( 1 hour away by ohmandamp)
I have to disagree. MMA competitions are as close as your going to get to a full out deathmatch. It is a combination of different martial arts from around the globe. One who studies it can soak the best each has to offer. That is, if beating someone up is your only goal. The world of martial arts is much more profound than that.
