As for the whole catch weight debate with Pacquiao consider that he walks around at 150 when not training and has to consume 8000 calories daily to maintain 145 pounds when in training. Also, after he weighs in he hardly gains any weight. Mosley who can make a 147 weigh in comes back the next day at 160 pounds - and looks healthy and natural so that's why forcing him to come down to something like 142 means Pacquiao is fighting closer to a Welterweight and not a rehydrated Middleweight.

azkalpien, U have jr welterweight @ 140 & u have welterweight @ 147 yes both are welterweight but the weight classes are different for a reason. put this in ur head.... why does Roach and Pac always want fighters @ 147 to fight @ a catch weight?
