Davey was and remains unique. Almost too cool to be from Edinburgh! Try his most recent stuff with The Sexual Objects.

WOW! I can't get over how eclectic this is! the guitar work is definitely post-punk but check out that "Heard it through the Grapevine" Orchestration! Love it!

I remember 'Thriller', was truly scary. Particularly the episode where a young couple moved to an English Country Village and then discovered, possibly to their alarm, that they were the odd one's out for not being cloven hoofed and big admirers of the satanic one. You think they would have known better.

Yes, I made this one. Did it for fun really. Hopefully song and image contradict each other so much that they eventually reach a state where they compliment each other... Ta.

When I was a teenager I had a girlfriend. I loved her intensely and told her that if we ever split up she could keep my copy of this record. Unfortunately we did split up, but I hid the record and still have it. I couldn't let two great things go at once. Did you make the video yourself? It works so well. Well done if you did.

My Favourite post -punk single would have to be The Mekons/Work all week........From the very early 1980's. Cheers

Thanks CBRSIXPACK. One of the all time great post punk singles. The guitar on this track still sends shivers down my spine.

Thanks for that... Also never saw The Fire Engines live - another on the list of great bands to get sentimental about not seeing.

Thanks for the comment. Classic song with guitar playing to die for.... All the imagery taken from a trashy, but wonderful entertaining anthology British TV series called 'Thriller'. Well worth checking out.

What a treat to look and listen. A mesmerizing combo of sight and sound. One of my favorite bits is... car/woman at 1:56

Cool, thanks for that :-) One of my all time favourite songs. I made the video 6-7 years ago for fun at work (when I should have been editing something else) but with some encouragement I put it on Youtube. I strongly suggest any fans to track down the recent Fire Engines reissues, especially Hungry Beat. All the best. Ta
