We Filipino's didn't just made our Constitution, we've just revised books in one single stroke using our revolution.

  2. Nov 13, 2009 at 08:04 AM by DamnControl2

Without her, without Ninoy Aquino, without the EDSA revolution, cold war still exists.

you're just one of the typical filipinos believing in the same old philosophy that this nation will never get back in shape. how can we make a better change for this country if we, ourselves rests our own will to stand once again. yes, philippines is half dead because of persistent corruption and yet will be dead eventually with you and the rest of us trying to be complacent though our minds says no.

Si President Cory Aquino ay ang pinakatapat na naging presidente ng pilipinas. Sana ay may sumunod sa kanyang yapak.

I will be a realist and objective. Our society is corrupt to the core. The ruling class who are mostly corrupt control our media, the economy and of course the local/national government. Elections will not make a dent in changing the inequity and poverty. The system only serves those in power. The few families, their relatives, friends and cronies will make sure they remain on top, while the rest say "yes ma'am" and "yes sir." Our country is now oppressed by corruption.

Democracy is always welcome, the Philippines must now free itself from the shackles of poverty, political corruption and insecurities that haunt post colonial nations.

"In burying Ninoy, a whole nation honored him" 26 years later, the same nation paid no less than a loving tribute in sending Cory back to reunite with Ninoy. Seeing Cory speak before the US Congress was a sight to behold (I was just starting prep at the time), not even the Malacanang midget can try to duplicate this. Love namin kayo, President Cory! You have no idea how much we miss you.

If Mikey Arroyo becomes president in 2010then it will be more Dangerous than what we saw in 1970's and 1980's with Marcos. because first of all we see China, and North Korea taking over the Philippines based on Mike Arroyo's bribery scandal.

Well Cory and Ninoy we will take care of Noynoy Aquino in 2010 and make sure he keeps your legacy alive.

US installed a dictator Marcos - to build the largest military base outaside US . US changed the history of the Philippines, which used to be the second best economy after Japan.

Although I am a Fan of Jon Stewarts Daily Show. He made a huge screw up when he said Cory was a Slut. Jon The real slut in the Philippines is Mike Arroyo, Mikey Arroyo and Gloria Arroyo. They teamed up with Ponzi artist Wall street in the US and China to steal trillions of peso's from the Filipino people.

I consider her a HERO in our modern time today.

  22. Sep 19, 2009 at 01:08 AM by NinoyAquinoTV

Lol, yeah Cory was probably taunting Marcos who was exiled in Hawaii at that time.

Wow... I got -4 just because I asked a question?!? What the heck? Yes, I'm Filipino, but I was born and raised in the US, so I haven't learned about these kinds of facts that the ordinary Filipino ("ordinary" pertaining to those who have lived in the Philippines before) would know. I'm sorry if you all have a problem with me trying to learn more about my culture and the history of Filipinos, but before you rate my comment, maybe you should try to UNDERSTAND the circumstances beforehand!...
