Stop "Pushing Your Punches" -- Drive vs Whip
A common problem that fighters have is they push their punches, and lose that "pop" or "snap" motion. What I've noticed as a striking coach, is how students understand different vocabulary -- this video is intended to explain the biomechanics of striking.
