The casino is obviously lying. Computers don't make random mistakes unless they are instructed to do so. For example, bank machines don't say "sorry you don't have $200 in your account" if you know you do.

The casino has overwhelming evidence. They have about a 10-second security cam video of the screen showing 800 bucks, and the lady only has 2 pictures of the million. I assume the trial was lost, and she only received the 800. Evidence is everything.

My mother used to gamble at that casino and told me that the machine would be pulled by the gaming commission and run it through a series of tests and if it hits jackpots to often then they can call it a glitch and she won't get the money but the gaming commission has the final word
