I never heard about sollis before but ich cheked his record as an amateur and it's very impressive! I was shoked how badly he destroyed david haye in his amateur career and I was also shoked that david hayes kind of boxing hasn't changed since that time.he's a punching machine but It's to easy to caught him and he knows nothing about technics. i think vitali klitschko would have koed tyson in his prime. wladimir has so much better technical skills than holifield had but he has as is generally known problems with his chin. lenox lewis is the only one who seems to be better than both klitschkos.but i think wladimir will more improve and become one day as good as lenox was.

You don't have to compare Ustinov to Povetkin, because he is so much bigger. He is only 10 kilos less then Valuev, and compared to him, he has a quite good handspeed. And another very impressing argument: in 56 pro K-1, kickboxing and muay-thai fights + 9 pro boxing fights he has never ever been KO'd!!! ( all great K1-champions were KO'd in their career) He must have a chin of granit. And his punching power it's awesome - he KO'd K1-fighters with one body punch, that's a rare thing...

Haye will be an interesting HW, but Wlad might be too big and too strong for him. If they will ever meet, I'm sure it will be a KO - I would say 70 % for Wlad, and 30 for Haye. If Haye will keep that bad habit of keeping his left hand low, he will have some troubles as a HW. Sometimes Lewis did that too, but he was a real, big HW, and he could "afford" to take some big punches and stay on his feet ( from Briggs, Mercer, and Vitali for ex. )

how the fuck can you compare wladimir to lewis, lewis in his prime duck the amateur version of wladimir and then got ko into retirement by the slower, robotic, injured, stiff, ,softer, 1 eye Klitschko that only had few days to prepare for the fight

The slower, robotic, etc Klitschko brother was who beat Corrie Sanders, not Wladimir. Also that slower, robotic Klitschko is the one who was never ever knocked down, or KO'd, he has a better KO-ratio, and he wasn't really beaten by anybody, except Lewis. Nobody ridiculized him, like some did to his younger brother. He could really rule the HW-division, if he didn't had so many injuries.

My point is, Why is everyone saying he 27yrs old, we all know samuel peter is 27yrs old but why are the media lying that vitali is 27-yrs old. You can check the google NEWS on Klitschko and then youu can see all the media bullshiting about KKlitschko age. These JEALOUS white american devils, don

I agree vitali too good for lewis but vitali doesn't just have stronger ko ratio than his brother but he has strongest ko ratio in heavyweight histoyr.
But wladimir has that 1 punch ko power and vitali usually punishes his opponent and then knock them out.
Also wladimir has the strongest ko ratio for A heavyweight champ since sonny liston(If we don't count Vitali).

You do realise that Wladimir was recognised as the much better fighter because he won a gold medal at 20yrs old in the olympic, while vitali at 24yrs old won a silver medeal in some other amateur championship boxing

Vitali was better than Wladimir, and almost as good as Lewis :-) Many people say, that Lewis had a bad defence and a glass chin - if this would be true, tell me, why that HW who had the best KO-ratio ever couldn't finish him in 6 rounds? He landed some good, clear punches, which rocked Lewis, but did not put him down. And Lewis also landed some big punches, but Vitali might have the best chin ever, not only the best KO-ratio. In fact, both landed some punches which would put Wladimir down...

Byrd and Sanders are the two fighters which both Vitali and Wladimir met ( and I think Rosss Puritty too, but let's say Wlad was too young and unexperienced when he fought him ). But I don't thin, that you can compare Vitali's loss against Byrd ( ahead on the scorecards, TKO because an injury ) with Wlad's loss to Sanders. Today's Wladimir is better than prime Wladimir - but still weaker than Vitali :-) I understand them and agree with them that they won't fight ; Vitali is still better...

rahman ko lewis with a single punch but never could hurt maskaev in 2 fight, even the washed up samuel peter ko maskaev. now imagine the vintage peter that fought Wladimir, a prime lewis would have not even lasted 2 secs against him.
look man! it unfair to say injured vitali lost to lewis becos vitrali was well ahead, it was the ref who stop the fight... but in the byrd fight, Vitali choose to quit himself.
Wladimir was unlucky against those fighter and that why lost

To be fair, lennox prime started when wladimri just won the gold medal at the olympic in 1996, lennox might have even able to stand in there with Wladimir for a few round back then.
But I agree with you that Vitali was better than Wladimir back in those days but today Wladimir is infinity times better than his bro ever was or could have been, wladimir only SOO_called weakenss was his heart and chin but recentlty against williamson and peter Wladimir has shown he a complete fighter

Washed up Peter? And how was Maskaev, at 39 years, after a one and a half year break? It seemed to you that he's in a good shape? By the way, Lewis beat Tua, who previously KO'd 3 future champions: Rahman, Ruiz and Maskaev. And former champ Moorer. If you admit that Wald was unlucky, that's why he lost against Sanders, it would be fair to admit, that Lewis was also unlucky against Rahman and MCCall. Just think - he was never ever knocked down at least in his career.

By the way, I've just heard, that Peter will probably fight Golota, before he meets Vitali, in october. Let's wait and see: will he destroy this 41 years old, slow Golota faster than Lewis or Tyson did it, when he was young, fit and in a good shape? And another argument, to see what a lucky punch means in HW: "faded" Tyson, close to his worst ever shape KO'd Botha in round 5. Botha was ahead on the scorecards, and this was his only KO loss during his career, and it was from one punch!!!

this fight was disgusting display by security first scared Klitschko battling extremely limited and knockoutable guy (floored by Austin!!). It takes me back to whole issue with Hayem, who despite fighting in cruiser, is head above Ibragimov and much, much, much more dangerous for Wlad. It's not that I wish Wladimir bad. It's that I wish he's not having anymore sparring sessions with average fighters being too scared to let his hands go. Disgusting is the only word to describe it.
