and there are also stable proxy servers, mostly your provider have one, if you have found one in your region, no list will be needed
but you can also use a simple proxy at jdownloader also... or use a list with foxyproxy... to use a proxy isnt a new "trick" and the solution you have presented i not the best, you can save much more time with usind proxysoftware instead walk throug the list manually... google up more xD

awesome for those who pay... but i'm too cheap
yeah downloads links from almost every provider for you and gets passed most limits... but it isnt as full proof when it comes to downloading multiple files... unless u use proxy adresses... read up more on it using google
