@jdemiray1 Your partially wrong,i think he would keep the pressure on floyd and keep him on the defensive, paul's arms are way too long for mayweather to even get inside his range without taking 3-4punches.floyd would have to lunge.

  2. Nov 16, 2009 at 07:46 PM by zach343

paul tha beast! every muhfucker fears this guy. mayweather is good, but he dont stand a chance.

  3. Nov 16, 2009 at 02:40 PM by malanian

williams is too much for any man in boxing right now. as a welterweight he would beat mayweather and pac.

  4. Nov 14, 2009 at 04:15 PM by ghost4doom

Williams is the best...he would be too much for B hop!!

  5. Nov 11, 2009 at 04:49 PM by Isamright33

Williams is overatted, have him fight hopkins if he's so good and see what happens.....winky wright in this match is just sad, he looks slow and old, and was on a two year hiatus....this match should count for nothing, quintana did better against williams in teh second fight when he got knocked out then winky did all this fight showing us his "defensive" skills.

If you just keep standing in front of PW, whether hands up or down, he will keep throwing yea. Give him a guy who keeps distance, steps back from his punches and choose to come in like hopkins or mayweather, they make him miss (especially mayweather) and consequently slow down his activity. Believe that.

  7. Nov 10, 2009 at 03:53 PM by Isamright33

hopkins will woop his ass at 170

Paul Williams is a beast!! And you see why Mayweather ducked him before he retired..... Now that he's back give Paul a holler, after all he is a Champion! Wait, I think Mayweather wants a rematch with Marquez... *LOL So it can be an easy walk in the park!

  11. Nov 4, 2009 at 09:58 AM by AramazZzD

and after that winky wont fight against ABRAHAM ? c“mon man

  12. Nov 3, 2009 at 04:52 PM by cizer77

Not a chance in hell Floyd would take that fight. Williams will probably fight Sergio Martinez. Should be a good fight.

  13. Nov 1, 2009 at 08:01 PM by FrizzyBlue

Paul Williams needs an opponent for Dec 2. I wish Floyd hadn't just fought.

Winky Wright is my favorite boxer, but he's too much of a defensive fighter to have even challenged Williams... I think Williams has a chance against pavlik only if he dodges pavlik and land some good blows other than that if Pavlik hits him with a direct hit, then its game over for williams...

wink y wright my home boy

  16. Oct 26, 2009 at 09:05 PM by jabjabmove

Basically he and Calzaghe have worked their way to boxing supremecy with workrate and handspeed. And why not!!?? IF you can't handle me doing this then gtf outta the ring. Calzaghe = brilliant. Paul Williams = brillinat doing the same style. Won't be easily beaten.

  17. Oct 26, 2009 at 08:23 AM by KingRichard93

that is alot easier said than done

  18. Oct 18, 2009 at 03:23 PM by sharodm13

You sound stupid. If maywetaher tries that lunging left hook he will run into straight left hands all night.Paul is fats enough to have mayweather run into those, plus to even jab him to the body he needs to get inside, all paul needs to do it jab.

is he fighting pavlik and when

  20. Oct 15, 2009 at 05:54 AM by richysowerby

    agreed

  21. Oct 12, 2009 at 11:14 AM by jimbobillybob1202

He is very quick obviously but he has absolutely no power lol, those punches did nothing to the other guy, pavlik will knock this guys head clean off.

  22. Oct 8, 2009 at 02:07 PM by aschindler22

williams is too damn big for 147 thats why no one wants to fight him he rehydrates close to 170....but i say if he can make 147 than make the welters fight him,,,,hes a danget to anyone up to 160..maybe 168

  23. Oct 8, 2009 at 07:54 AM by jcastrowhite08

he will get killed by pavlik. theyre about the same size, but if paul can get back down to welter, then he doesnt have the muscle and weight to go up against a true middleweight (who actually is pushing suprmiddleweight). against a boxer, williams would have a good chance, but against someone with power and strength like pavlik, hes going to get outmuscled

  24. Oct 6, 2009 at 05:04 PM by leonellopezt

he is a welter,he's said it several times,he'll go back down to 147 to regain his titles,he's at 160 taking a big fight,he'll go back and forth with no trouble

  25. Oct 6, 2009 at 03:18 PM by millionaire773

Williams is pound for pound! Yea, I said it! Just watch and see what he does to Kelly Pavlik.
