Myself, for instance: My dad's side is fully German, but my mom is Portuguese, Italian, Black, Bolivian-Aboriginal, Spanish and French. All mixed. Very typical Brazilian. A certain percentage of Black people have to be admitted into schools. It's controversial, sure, but I don't see it being different from equality in jobs policies for example. 56% of the country is middle class now, and about 20% still live below poverty.
