No doubt Gamboa is a good prospect but he is still growing he will get there they just better not rush him or baby him too much.

  2. Oct 27, 2009 at 12:03 PM by BoxerBoyMartin

  3. Oct 14, 2009 at 08:27 PM by lumpythefish

  4. Oct 3, 2009 at 04:11 PM by tittyfuckn

Gamboas managers were fired after that last fight. im not saying their arent fighters that cant beat him. yes right now they can. but no matter what happens. He gives an aggressiveness and speed intense fight that bring back that young tyson feeling

Gamboas a good prospect, needs improvement in a few areas but has serious capability.

  11. Feb 25, 2009 at 09:10 AM by BoxerFacts

Lets don't forget that Gamboa was fighting with a broken right hand in this fight. If his right hand would have been ok I don't think Jimenez make it to the 4 round after getting hamer so many times in the face.

Gamboa is a BEAST!...Needs improvement on defense, but overall a great prospect in the making.

ok, here is how i see gamboa first knockout coming. he will be doing his signature hands down routine, he will be winning the fight the BAM!!! out of nowhere a left hook. gamboa tries to get up, but he just cant get up and there is his first pro loss.

Darling Jimenez is pretty good. And never compare him to Naseem Hamed. His punches are alot quicker and straighter then Dirka Hamed.

  16. Aug 21, 2008 at 10:41 AM by kooobla

just wait-hes gonna remind you of Meldricks' chin too.

  17. Aug 9, 2008 at 07:21 PM by 69elpato6969

Gamboa reminds me of Meldric Taylor's speed!!! Great prospect!

  18. Aug 7, 2008 at 06:05 PM by kooobla

BIG BIG MISTAKE-I understand he might be following orders keeping his hands low to make himself more marketable but whoever is controling this guy obviously dont give two fucks about him.

  19. Aug 7, 2008 at 12:50 PM by gunplay596

    Gamboa, is the truth.

  20. Aug 7, 2008 at 03:17 AM by boxingarms

We still have to see him fight better competition before calling him "the future". He is a PROSPECT still, and I think that the people shouldn't overrate him, or else he will have a lot of pressure on him.

  21. Aug 6, 2008 at 12:02 PM by Zapatista74

As soon as this guy fights a good boxer hes going to get beat.He reminds me of nazem hamed. He's fast, good puncher,no defence, overrated.

  22. Aug 1, 2008 at 08:07 PM by willfuckforbeer

cotto hasnt learned shit!! haha he got his ass pwned by margarito!!!!!!!!!

  23. Aug 1, 2008 at 08:06 PM by willfuckforbeer

not a "BIG MISTAKE" he has enough speed to do this, is it risky? yes it is. but he can do it..its kinda lyk roy jones jr, wen jones is comfortable he fights a fast fight with his hands down so it looks good, but wen he gets hit he will put them up...
