    • 5pm: Floor exercises: 2000 sit ups; 500-800 'dips'; 500 press ups and 500 shrugs with a 30kg barbell and 10 mins of neck exercises (working the biceps, triceps, chest, abs and shoulders) • 7pm: Eat steak and pasta meal again with fruit juice (probably orange juice) • 8pm: Another 30 minutes on the exercise bike • 9:30 Watch TV and then go to bed

  12. Sep 27, 2009 at 04:24 PM by thenewgeneration123

here it is: • 5am: Wake up and go for a 3 mile jog • 6am: Back home for a shower and then back to bed (great workout for those huge legs of his) • 10am: Wake up and eat oatmeal • 12pm: Do ring work (10 rounds of sparring) • 2pm: Eat another meal (steak and pasta with fruit juice drink) • 4pm: More ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike (again working those legs for endurance and power)

  13. Sep 27, 2009 at 04:21 PM by thenewgeneration123

ur missing 3 zeros man n he go ripped of most of his money

  15. Sep 25, 2009 at 11:24 AM by allytheman

It says awakens once again. So IMO he went back to sleep. I agree with your original point.

  16. Sep 21, 2009 at 02:41 AM by kirnehbjuhr

its easy to fall if you reached the top and like Mike been there for a while ... however if you never reached the top its harder to fall. meaning : to once have reached the top can not be call a failure in my book . And yo do it in one of the hardest sport there is ,thats somethong !

  17. Sep 20, 2009 at 09:29 PM by melo0115

Id say it rest his body back to peak, so he can train without the energy drain from the run. Just my IMO.

  18. Sep 16, 2009 at 02:13 PM by N1rOx

I see your point. And yes it would still look null, cause you made yourself look like an idiot. I don't have a temper, I don't see where you got that. And I don't worship him, I just pointed out your error.

  19. Sep 16, 2009 at 07:16 AM by Fr33Fisting

Wow a missing zero and my whole point is null? You got a temper. NP, go on worshiping the man. Enjoy. Don't let him babysit....

  20. Sep 16, 2009 at 02:29 AM by N1rOx

$400,000 is not even close to half a billion dollars. Hard to listen to a man that is the definition of failure.

  21. Sep 16, 2009 at 01:23 AM by rockandstroll

Listen at 0:36 he says Tyson returns to bed after his morning run.

  22. Sep 15, 2009 at 10:17 PM by 420Sufi420

wrong he doesn't go back to bed lol

  23. Sep 15, 2009 at 12:31 PM by yomomzmuffler

    idiot!

  24. Sep 13, 2009 at 06:17 AM by rockandstroll

Tyson is my fav boxer ever, but I don't get why he got up at 4:00am to jog and then go back to bed, why didn't he just get a straight decent nights sleep then go jogging? he would of got the same amount of hours and training in.

  25. Sep 11, 2009 at 02:53 AM by tailgates
