no, it changes your IP... Rapidshare checks your IP, if it finds out that it has downloaded a file within the past 15 minutes,it blocks you from downloading, but once you changed it, rapidshare will "see" you as an other guy...

try to skip this step, just move to renew because, when you flush the DNS I think you release the IP too

urm... I tried this the ipconfig/flushdns bit worked fine but then i entered ipconfig/release and got this: "the opeation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation" any help?
