Simon isn't trained in music smart one, he's trained in the ENTERTAINMENT business. There's a difference. He knows what sells and what doesn't. Well no shit its not just a scientific thing. I mean fuck look at Pavarotti. The man put so much feeling into it and made everything BRILLIANT. You're blinded by her cuteness if anything sir. And I need to get a life? I don't come to the defense of 6 year olds on the internet, I just have fun bashing them cause I find it funny to see how people like you react. She has a decent voice. And thats it.

Children her age generaly have nasely voices because they dont learn to sing from there diafram and they cant hold it. She is able to learn to do that and train herself to stay that way through a 4 minute song at the age of six, with the pressure of 100s of people staring at her AND a profesional judge. She has talent.

sorry, just clarifying: nobody cares what you think she'll sound like in twenty years, the point is, for a six year old she's brilliant. leave criticizing singers to people who know what they're doing. I'm sure that if Simon thought her voice wouldn't mature, he would've said something. Simon is not a character to hold things like that back. And I'm pretty sure he knows more about music than you despite your over ten years of classical training.

ok. you really need to get a life. music isn't just this thing where if you train, you can completely understand it and completely love it. It's deeper than that and I'm telling you right now, SHE IS AWESOME. you don't know anything about music if all you can see is the scientific things music is a magical thing and good music can't be reduced to "her voice won't mature". NOBODY CARES WHAT SHE'LL SOUND LIKE IN TWENTY YEARS, THE POINT IS, FOR A SIX YEAR OLD SHE IS BRILLIANT

Dude, read my comment. Thats not why she is decent. She has guts, big deal. HER VOICE ISN'T AMAZING. THATS WHAT I SAID. Honestly, her voice won't mature. MAYBE when shes 16 and it has finally matured, she'll have a lovely voice. Maybe not. The voice now is decent. So don't pity me, cause she has guts, but a merely decent voice.

good for you Breakdancingguru, i'm sure your choir is very proud of themselves, do all of you go around criticizing six year olds? I'm sure in your mind she's just 'decent' as you put it but as far as I'm concerned, she's brilliant. She had the courage to get up at the age of six and sing in front of the entire world. If you truly believe that makes her merely 'decent' then I pity you.

... You still don't understand how the human voice works. I don't need to be on a talent show. My choir has won awards on the national level for my age level. We've toured Europe, Australia and parts of Asia. He voice now is OK. She has a few high notes and can hold a note or two, but its only decent. When her voice changes - MATURES - it will be different, and singing will become more difficult. You DON'T know if she will be good or not. She isn't GREAT now, only decent.

which one of the talent shows have you been on? oh thats ok you don't have the guts a 6 year old has, its ok, you just keep right on training, its ok really, no problem, I for one can't sing, can't hold a note. have to think though if she is this good at her age she will dwarf your talents when she reaches your age, have fun and good luck.

I do know about music. I've been classically trained for more than 10 years. All of you are too blinded by her cuteness to notice how weak her voice is. There is nothing special about it
