There is good evidence Margacheato had already used the "wraps" in question. Mosley's trainer (Richardson) noticed something was amist, because the wraps looked "worn", "old" and had what seemed to be blood on them (wonder who's blood). Margacheatos trainer first reaction was to say that the wraps were used in sparing and that he had pre-prepare them for the fight. The wraps were used already and I doubt that it was in sparring. It was not his first time! Que Viva Margacheato!
