you're going to get problems with your hands when you get older because of the frequent pounding on your knuckles. The nerves and bones in your hand are taking damage, yes they become harder but the thing is that you don't think your hands are taking any damage and really wants proof on that. My answer to you then is use COMMON SENSE if you have any. Keep hitting walls and you'll get your proof when you get older

Destroyed ?? u mean to be harder and take much more damage... and i will not explain to an idiot like you 100 times ...

  9. Oct 31, 2009 at 06:40 AM by greveeen

Well duh... obviously your friend hits way harder than you. Keep punching the walls, as hard as you can, and get back with us with the results.

I've try it......the wrap slides from the nuckles to the wrist...it doesn't stay fixed on the nuckles....

Thanks for the video!!! I was always curious to see the difference in how Thai wraps are done compared to regular boxer's.

  19. Oct 25, 2009 at 05:09 AM by baskorvv

Same thing as Muay thai kicking banana tree to get strongeer shin bones ... its the same for knuckles when u hit something hard than usual your knuckles will be better and stronger, and then when u hit something weaker u will hit it much harder and dont feel anything ... and about that 60 years old that im goin to cry ... im wondering if u have some link or prove that i would be fucked up with my knuckles ...

  20. Oct 25, 2009 at 01:49 AM by Franzhen

but when you were 60 years old and cry in damp days your friend is going to be ok.. little healed fissures in your knukles were good in the middle age to get your fist stronger.. but now?

  21. Oct 24, 2009 at 06:45 PM by cudosone

isnt it important to wrap the thumb??

  22. Oct 24, 2009 at 04:08 PM by baskorvv

i have been training Muay Thai for one year now and i never used wraps on my hands .... i feel like my hand bones are stronger than other people on training, i can punch a wall hard without feeling anything .. but when my friend who used wraps whole time he got almost injured hitting the wall ...
