I'm so sorry to hear that. I guess 86 wasn't great for everyone. You are right though that the 80's had some awesome music. People tend to think of only hair bands when talking about the 80's. There was so much more music with substance than that :)

  18. Oct 19, 2009 at 05:39 AM by wthjrtx1

Well, We are all on here........Still cool and jamming to the best band and bands... 80's ..........We are the shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!!! Thanks for posting from the great state of TEXAS!!

I agree and how lucky we are to be able to live those great times over again through classic music and the awesomeness of YouTube.

  21. Sep 28, 2009 at 11:26 PM by 01po01po

"84" -"85" I agree...that was a great time to be in high school. 80's music was awesome. Partying, being happy & feeling good about life. Times have changed for sure. but i'm sure the kids now when their in their 40's will be saying the same things.

  22. Sep 28, 2009 at 08:05 PM by Piklethedoodad

I kept thinking this would have been an EPIC pairing to Erec and Enide, one of the original Arthurian romances... AND THIS KNIGHT, WILL BE LIKE NO OTHER KNIGHT.

  23. Sep 27, 2009 at 10:37 PM by Rushthatspeaks

I'm probably about your age. Not a kid but I wouldn't want to be a kid again in this day and age. I was happy to be young when there weren't really computers.

  24. Sep 27, 2009 at 01:56 AM by kmratzer

The 80's was the best time of my life, I try to tell my kids that while they sit on the computer or stay inside all day! I don't know how old u r but it's nice to know some younger ones out there would have appreciated it. Thanx!

  25. Sep 24, 2009 at 10:40 PM by Rushthatspeaks

Man not to sound corny and I'm totally happy with the way things are now in my life, if not so much the world. But back then the WORLD was a more peaceful place. Flamboyant and decadent sure but peaceful. It was before the age of computers. Before kids started becoming fat and pasty by sitting inside all day. Back before the world became digital. Each generation looks back and thinks the one before it was right. I'm not saying the 80's were the best decade but it was a good time.
