Yeah, they both looked shit! But I say again, at least Hopkins scored a knockdown! And I know he wasn't hurt by the low blow, he was aiming for a point deduction because the whole time he planned to go to the cards which is why he didn't press for the KO in rd 1! But the difference in this fight was slappy, inneffective punching...
Also, I've boxed for nine years. I give credit where it's due and you won't catch me insulting the culture of your nation or it's "sheilas".

Why not, I would insult our 'Shelia's' - they're bunch of 'orrible piss heads nowadays!
Calzaghe sometimes throughs his punches a bit side on as he hits so fast, however, his 'slaps' destroyed Lacey & knocked down granite chinned Eubank who had withstood hard hitting Benn in his prime.
No fighter is dumb enough not to go for knock out if it is there for the taking but Calzaghe has a good chin & was not hurt, hence why Hopkins steered clear as Calzaghe proven very dangerous when tagged.

if hopkins was going for a decision he should have stayed more active in the last 8 rounds u cant win a boxing match if u dont throw any punches joe landed the cleaner punches after round 4 straight left got in 5 or 6 times, hopkins is a great fighter but joe figured him out and adapted during the fight he wanted it to be entertaining joe could have jabbed him all night and got points but he forced the fight it is supposed to entertain people after all joe clearly won

Hopkins actually didn't look bad at all. It was the exact same hopkins that we've seen for years, absolutely nothing different. He was just on more of the defensive because his opponent was more of an output this time around. Calzaghe looked incredibly bad... INCREDIBLY bad.. i can't describe how bad he looked.
