dent9585 1957collectorboy I agree, todays generation this rap or anything from the music of this generation is crap, they all act black when there white, thats pathethic, I wonder why im still stuck in the past, 50's through the 80's is the best era..today is just convulauded...anyways rock on fellow rockers.

@1957collectorboy Well said. Music today does not have the harmonies these classics do.

I wish new groups could learn how to play instruments so we could hear music of this quality again. This video at o:54 is truly a work of art.

Just saw a bunch of the play a few songs "for the hell of it" at Freebird Cafe" in Jacksonville Beach, Florida awhile back. It was awesome they walked up on stage and cranked out a few 38 and LS tunes including freebird. Best bat in Duval County.

Nickelback isn't Southern rock, its homosexual rock.

  16. Nov 10, 2009 at 09:27 PM by betonits

I'm a hardrocker myself and I did not pay that much attention of this kinda soft music back in the days. But you know it was playing on the radio and it was allright. In later years I find this commercial rockmusic much more better than the crap of todays music The southern rock of today is loosers like Nickelback and Takida. Sounds like some fucking post Nirvana. This stuff is the shit. I also miss all the silly musicvideos on MTV I laughed my ass of. I feel sorry for the American Idol kids

  17. Nov 10, 2009 at 04:27 PM by bigdsears

Nothing nowadays compairs to this, I mean come on, what is it like the Jonas Bros or Miley... Long live southern rock! I feel kind of sorry for the kiddos nowadays all wanting to be vampires and with their backpacks. Shit we used to play 'smear the queer', nowadays that prolly wouldnt go over too well

  18. Nov 7, 2009 at 11:40 PM by cat250s
