try not to goaround your thumb or get 180 inches of hand wrap i find the 180 ones much better

you need to buy the 120" or the 180" i personally use 180, but honestly, everlast wraps suck. try ring side or built to fight mexican style wraps. they are elastic a little and it will give you the support that you need.

Are they 5 meters? Well, if you don't want to waste more money on them then just lower the wraps around your wrists.

hey thanks so much for the comment man! i will deff get new ones of that kind. peace!

Get longer wraps. It's as simple as that. Mexican style wraps (180") offer a lot more protection and have some flex to them which offers more comfort. I've personally never been a fan of the short wraps, but if you use them try your best to get between each finger as it helps protect the smaller bones in the hand.

See, ive got a bit of a problem doing hand wraps... Ive got small wrists cause am not a big or tall guy, an its impossible putting weight or muscle in a wrist, so when I use my hand wraps they cut off the blood or there's too much to use and end up with it up my elbow.

Depends on the size of your hands and the way of wrapping. Don't buy them too short, you can always wrap the excess material a couple of times around your wrist of knuckles, whatever you need. Take at least 3.5 meters.

AIBA approves 2.5 meters. I use 4 meters. More would be too much imo

that is up to you how much wrapping you want but the most common lenght is 5 meters =)

When doing wraps, I think it's best to sit down and keep the wrap rolled. I don't know why so many unroll them.
