| The best switch hitter, and the best right hand. The right hand hooks, jabs, goes underneath, goes down low, goes striaght over the top. Might not be as frightening as Tommy's Hot-Rod, but its the most versatile, accurate and punishing right hand in the game. What a fighter. What a chin as well. |

| As unimpressive as he looked in this bout, Hamsho was one of the most physically strong fighters I ever saw. He just couldn't deal with Hagler's skill, especially his powerful counterpunches. |

| I would have been very interesting to see all them: Duran, Haggler, Hearns and Leonard facing Carlos Monzon, cause Monzon was absolutely total different man than these mugabis, minters, hamshos. Monzon always looked so slow but he really rocks and was so difficult to beat. |
