A body found washed up north of Campbell River three days ago is believed to be that of a man who disappeared when his houseboat capsized on Boxing Day, RCMP say. The body was discovered near Brown's Bay marina. It was badly decomposed, but police say they think it's the 65-year-old Brown's Bay man presumed drowned after the capsizing.
