based on recent performances does anyone think shane has a shot againt dlh at this point.........it seems shane has slowed down enough where dlh can catch him all nite and possibly knock him TFO

I think Oscar won the 2nd and Shane was already on the slide then

I completely agree with Big H. I think Oscar got rodded in the second fight but then again I have always been a big Oscar fan.

Agreed. That fight will go down in history as one of the biggest yanks of my time.

I went to Vegas & stayed for a week just to take in the sights & the fight. IWO opinion Oscar did win that fight. I was as shocked as Mosley was that he won!

My question is, how often does the fighter himself have anything to do with the decision being 'bought'?

No shat. I've thought that before myself.

That's all probably promoters, judges, & what not that push that deal...also...the fighter that takes a dive.

But I doubt Mosley knew that the fight was a fix...& I will to this day believe that it was.

I saw it live & @ home...everyone that I watched it with felt the same way. I really didn't give a fwock while I was there...I was just enjoying myself...but when they gave the call...I was a bit pissed.

no doubt dlh won that fight --- my feeling and my question to you guys is--if they met again do u feel dlh could whip him or knock him TFO---i think he would give him a good beating

Doubt it. Shane has Oscar's number in more ways than one IWO.

On the slide or not...Shane's still quick enough to outwork him & I think that too many people are all up in the air over the destruction of Mayorga...I mean...come on...this is Mayorga wer'e talking about.

I thought ODH won the 2nd fight as well...and I'd pick him for a late round TKO if the two were to lace them up again. Both of their fights were competitive and although Oscar is probably not the same fighter he was he is still pretty close, and I feel Shane is far from the class he was that night.

Oscar won and maybe wins a sd isf they fight again, but it wont happen.

I thought Mosley won the rematch and still think it.

I don't think that there will ever be a 3rd fight.

I agree. I had Mosley winning (winning a $750 bet has nothing to do with it) as well. And third fight will never happen.

No, he felt he won but he didn't think he'd get the decision. The same reason Collazo didn't get the decision against Ricky But he got it and I was surprised too that the judges gave it to Shane even though I had him winning I was surprised they didn't give it to DLH to set up a 3rd fight
