Boxing to me is one of those sports that requires constant work...

I feel that three days a week of boxing, 2 days of weights and cardio and 1-2 days rest is good. On your rest day you can still do some minor things like walk or jog and always situps....

It al depends on the individual...

I have fighters that train si days a week and I have some that train three days a week....All are in good shape...

in training I get in atleast 3 conditioning sessions, 2 sparring sessions and 2-3 running sessions. Usually 1 'beach' session aswell.
