Why do you insist after EVERY single fight to have a whinge about something.

I was thoroughly impressed by Brocks consistant jabbing and his complete arsenal of tools. This guy is the very definition of multi-dimensional. You never know what he's going to come at you with!!

not every fight, the julio fight was fantastic, just a few low blows that didnt change the corse of the fight...

i think that mcgirt should have had some better advice then 'drink the water baby!' 'use the jab' and 'jabs to the chest'

brock was clearly palmstriking, thats what im pissed about, if he didnt palmstrike i wouldnt have any problem

yeah///but he didn't have that "GO FOR THE JUGULAR" swith...he hurt him a couple of times and was content on waiting Timor out.....not everybody takes that long to recover...he needs to pick it up or he will get it handed to him against the more aggressive, granite chinned HW's.....

It was a joke bro hence the little smiley-man drinking........nevermind!

Anyways Brock reminded me of Corey Sanders the way he followed him around with that right hand cocked ehich is what Corey used to do with his left. He had little jab to speak of as well. He really didn't show me much last night except for some power. His speed and his defence need a ton of work.

Cousin Timur did exactly what I expected......dance around the ring, look bad and make me wonder how on earth he wasn't defeated up to this point.

my main man sultan is NOT a joke, i had only seen timor oce before, and i didnt think he would definitley beat brock, i just supported him because i like sultan, timor isnt aggressive enough, i kept waiting for him to go 'sultan' on his ass but it never happened, SULTAN would KTFO brock, EASY

a few times he ACTUALLY palmstriked timor, and every single round at least three times a round (alot more in some rounds) he would place his palm under timors chin while they were in a mutual clinch, and push as hard as he could (almost like he was trying to break his neck) while doing this he would punch him with his other hand

One way to improve boxing in general and maybe breathe some life into the heavyweight division would be to dramatically improve the quality of the refs. Drakulich's handling of last night's fight was a joke. He allowed Brock to shove his open glove under Timor's chin.... he allowed Timor to hold at will.... he allowed all kinds of shat. Bring back Mills Lane and/or put all boxing refs through some intense training. The ref shouldn't be the story, but he shouldn't be a useless, helpless, pile of indecisiveness, either.

I touched base about this in another post on another thread...

That shouldnt have been allowed as much as it was...He warned Brock about it almost everytime they were broke up...

Its cheating, he was caught, start taking points....If he dont learn from the points, DQ his ass!!!!

That was really effecting Timur last night, there were several times that Timur had to physically move Brock's hand from his face and the Ref didnt do anything....

Here is another point....If the ref could not see it, why the hell didnt the Judges at ringside make the point deductions on their scorecards They can do that and it should have been done...

So, BOO to Brock and BOO to the officials....

    Good Luck,

    Coach
