Thread: Mosley vs Margarito and winner fights Floyd

A fight between Margarito and Mosley to decide who Fights Floyd would be a perfect tune up fight for both fighters and it would also help decide who is the better fighter for a match with FLoyd. I think Margarito would take out Shane

I'm afraid Shane would expose Tony.

I think this would be a great fight, but i think Tony would stop Shane in the later rounds. Margarito's conditioning is great, he has a great chin, and he is a bit stronger than mosley.

What would a fight between Mosley and Margarito prove? Mosley is already a name fighter. Why should he have to fight a lower level fighter, that he would easily destroy? If Mosley took Vargas out in 6, he'll take out Margarito in 3.

Good fight with Mosley beating Margarito pretty handily.

REally impressed with Mosley this weekend...still no MOsley fan...but it would be pretty cool if he reinstated himself as the man, now wouldn't it?

Nah I wouldn't want to see that, Mosley should go after Spinks if he's staying @ 154, or even better DLH/ Mosley 3... that would definately prove who should face Mayweather. Let Floyd deal with Hatton & Mosley Dlh get it on then a real super fight would be lined up

Well that is a good Idea for Mosley to go for Spinks. Hatton At least might be interested in Cotto but not PBF, No one wants to fight Tony(he is great but not that great).

IF he wants a superfight go to PBF fuck it all attitude sometimes it helps having that confidence.

It wouold be a great fight but I don't think Mosley wants it that way as you guys must have seen from the article posted here,Mosley wants PBF to fight Margarito and the winner to fight him. Also,would Mosley really compromise a fight between ODLH and PBF? I mean if Shane wins,alot of the glamour will be gone from the other fight. Mosley is definitely coming back to 147,he's already stated this plus a Spinks fight would be boring!

Margarito ain't no champ. He won that garbage WBO belt when it was vacant. Never beat a champion for it.

If Margarito is low level,why is he number 1 or 2 WW in Ring and Espn rankings. Why is he respected by all those very very knowledgable writers?Why did Shane himself say that PBF should this so called bum and Mosley would fight the winner? You let your feelings cloud your judgement.And as for your presiction,even Shane would laugh at that.Mosley take out Margarito in 3 is the biggest joke I have ever heard and Margarito would KO Vargas just as quickly.

sounds like you know your stuff but tell me have you ever been in the ring, do you know how many guys Margarito has ko"d since he won the belt and if he is such a lower class level fighter than why wont the big name fighters fight him and take his belt

Im not sure who would win this one tbh. Before the other night i would have said Tony by KO rather easily but i saw some of the old Shane the other night which made me wonder what if? I make this a flip a coin fight.

I know styles make fights but still the fans know that Margarito destroyed Centron who knocked out Estrada who gave Mosley a good fight.

I think Centron would give Mosley one heck of a good fight.
