Managment 25% coach 10% Boxer is left with 65%. Personally I think the manager gets to much

Trainers get a huge chunk of that percentage tho. Especially if they are legends like emanuel steward, then you got the nutritionists, sparring partners payroll, publicists, translators, prostitutes, financial advisors(Shelly Finkel gets a big asss piece of the pie), blood sucking entourages, corner men, cut man, hype man, best man, men paid to hold the belts, water bottle man, moral support man, babys mamas, paying Lance Bass not to come out the closet and ruin your career: PRICELESS!

if a boxer gets 1 million, 25% goes to manager, 10% to trainer, if he's got a promoter he'll take a slice, training expenses sparring partners, bla bla bla, then after all that the tax man takes his cut which in the uk is 40% of whats left so from 1 million the fights left with about 250k-300k

I hear Danny Willimas got paid £15 and a Miss Millies family meal deal to fight Skelton. Of which he paid £1 to Jim McDonald for training expenses and £10 to Cameron balloons for his trunks.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

The deal with Frank, if he managed you was he took nothing if you boxed on his shows. plus you got top dollar for doing so. not sure if that still applys. He was always straight and honest in my dealings with him.

that sounds like a good deal, did he take a percentage of your purse or was his cut just the profit from the show
