Default MMA needs, please inform me.

Ok so I want to be able to pick and slam people up, I know how but I struggle or lift and slam a 140lb person, what muscle(s) do I need to work on?

Im thinking shoulders squats and the rest of my legs?

Arms, back, legs, core. Pretty much Everything. But most importantly is form. Obviously, drive up with the legs.

Driving up and to the side is actually a lot easier. If you go to the side as you go up, it puts their top half off balance and all you're left to pick up is their lower half. Plus, it helps you land in the sideguard a lot easier.
Boxing is like a handjob, and MMA is like a hot sweaty orgy with 5 chicks. I could never say no to a handjob, but which would you rather have?

I have no experience in grappling etc... what I do have is a lot of experience in construction and I will say that with certain things it's not always about how strong you are... you need to know how to lift what you are lifting.

This is why I don't think you should be too concerned about what you need to individually develop... a lift like that is a compound movement so that's how you should train.

Over at www.rossboxing.com they're are loads of good compound exercises involving sand bags... exercise balls filled with water... all sorts of crazy stuff...

    Look into it.

Like I said...form is the most important thing in anything. Back when I weighed 160, I was able to pick up and slam my 300lbs cousin. I couldnt lift 300 lbs if my life depended on it, but because I was able to get low on him, push him off balance, then lift his lower half with my legs, I could do it time and time again.

When I was 13, and only weighed about 110lbs (yeah...scrawny lil bastard back then, I know) I had a job in a warehouse where I picked up and lugged around 4'x2'x2' boxes weighing around 70lbs all day up and down two flights of stairs. Because I was jacked? Hell no...because I was able to use proper form to get the box on my shoulder, then its just walking around like normal.

Put some research into proper wrestling techniques, and you'll see how easy it is to slam a person (obviously, not so easy when they want you to, but the technique itself is very simple).
