    Default the slaying of mayweather

as i am currently joying a 2 month stint of unemployment, im sat on my fat lazy a** working my way through a whole crate of ice cold buds and i thought to myself, Floyd mayweather mmmmmmmmm, is there any 1 out there with the tools to beat him, i cant se him fighting at light welter again but f*ck it il let ya choose from any division from light welter to light middle as i can see him fighting there at some point in his career

i personally feel paul williams has got what it takes with his 6'1 height and his ridiculously long arms, and hes got a lot of power and good speed, i knoe its early days for him yet but f*ck it im gonna go out on a limb here and say hes my man, WHATS YOUR VIEWS PEOPLE WHO DO YOU THINK CAN DO OR POTENTIALLY DO A NUMBER ON FLOYD?

That you need to get a job. Instead of coming up with lame threads. As much as I like Williams, he ain't beating Mayweather. Williams will run the the division, but once Mayweather clears out first.

I like Paul and honestly think he can offensively trouble anyone. But with that leaky defense allowing Sharmba Mitchell to land like he did (even tho his granite chin wouldn't allow him to go down), Floyd would really do a number on him making him miss and picking him off with combinations all night long.

to tell you the truth, i think that paul williams is a much better version of margarito and its a little too early to tell for me at this stage.

margarito can not and will not ever beat mayweather, but paul has everything that margarito has and also has a few qualities that margarito doesnt (speed, footwork, defence, boxing ability, intellegence, etc. etc.)

having said that, if williams stays at welterweight for a couple years he may be the guy (assuming mayweather starts fading) but i see him eventually being a middleweight and losing to jermain taylor in a mega fight a while down the road.

well see how good he is soon, his time has come
the time for margarito to stop ducking him has also come

good point thanks for not shooting me down so brutally as others [you know who] i know mayweather is as fast as they come but ive heard williams reach is longer than most heavys so i think it would be a good fight, obviously not now but in a few years down the road, i actually wrote this thread to find your views on who you think can or has a chance of beating mayweather, williams was just my stab in the dark

yes you got me im choosing to sit indoors and do nothing, theres actually a very good reason as to y im not working, so maybe you should focus more on the boxing and stop being so critical, there may not be any1 out there to beat mayweather rite now williams was just my stab in the dark and i wrote this thread to find your views on the subject,

Stop being so sensitive. Williams is actually the best choice out there. But he still won't win.

some people take their aggression out on a forum, just a FYI

He could do it, don't get me wrong, but the one thing that'd make it even harder for Williams is that if he landed a big bomb on Floyd's chin.... he probably wouldn't go down, so on top of all that talent he's got the chin to match it

So basically both of them have granite chins, neither has a problem with stamina, both offensively are extremely dangerous, but defensively they're a mismatch which I think would be the deciding factor

I still give Hatton the best chance out of anyone if the fight happens at 140lbs
