Manny reportedly signs seven fight deal...

Golden Boy Promotions has reportedly inked Manny Pacquiao to a multi-fight, multi-fight deal. According to ESPN, Pacquiao was "kidnapped" at the airport on Monday night upon his arrival in Los Angeles and later that night inked a seven fight deal. Fightnews.com had heard from multiple souces over the weekend that a deal between Golden Boy and Pacquiao was imminent, however when asked about that on Tuesday, De La Hoya told Fightnews.com, "Apparently people are talking to him with Top Rank. Obviously for us it would be a great honor, but we really haven't had any contact with anybody." The Golden Boy was seen the next day at the Pacquiao camp in Hollywood and told top boxing writer Nick Giongco, "[Pacquiao] is a free agent and he is going to discuss business after the fight (with Erik Morales on Nov. 1 and we respect his wishes to talk after the fight.....We are very interested in Manny Pacquiao, just like everyone else is interested in him." Nothing official on the alleged signing has been announced by Pacquiao or Golden Boy Promotions.

My question to you, does this spell the end of MAB-PAC2 happening? I think this will REALLY show what kind of promoter Oscar is,he talks about giving us the best fights, being the best promoter, well make the best match possible.
