    Default Juarez-Valero=good match up?

I was thinking about this one b4.....i cant see juarez beating manny, marco, erik or guzman. his best chance to get a world strap i think is with the unexperienced Valero. i would be a good match up that i really think Juarez could safely win imo

It's ok I reckon both are good power punchers...I doubt Valero's chin has been checked by such a good power puncher

Juarez will be too passive and "let himself" down again

Wow that would be a heck of a fight. Juarez lacked composure vs Barrera both times, but definatly has a solid chin. Valero looks a touch chinny, but he'd probably counter Juarez, it's a 50-50 encounter IMO. I'd lead towards Valero slightly because I think a guy like him would have to be outboxed rather than outslugged.

I really dislike Juarez for his disrespect to MAB and I'd hope he gets KTFO but reading Doug Fischer's latest notes,it appears Valero's technique has been poor as of late. However,he has moved to Japan permanently with his team,or at least to train, hopefully he will be able to focus more there and get back on trakc,I mean when I watch this guy spar and I watch him fight,it's like watching 2 different fighters altogether! I think it would be a good fight but remember Valero has only had 20 fights and like 28 rounds or so,so Juarez should win!

I've just seen a couple of fight clips of Valero and reading some of the articles about him he seems like a good guy. If PAC did not exist I'll be forever rooting for this guy Valero, anyways he's my second favorite 130 pounder right now
Juarez can't afford to be lazy against Valero's early onslaught, still a toss up because of Rocky's edge in experience but I'm quite sure this is going to be the first time we'll be seeing Juarez really hurt.

haven't seen you in a long time p're. i agree it's going to be a toss up but i'm kinda leaning towards valero. i think juarez just isn't active enough to ward him off.

Medyo busy Pre, kamusta? Same here Juarez seems tooo passive considering he's a big puncher. That's probably his main weakness, he needs to let his hands go.
    take care and God Bless.
