Default Clinchko vs Brock on the 11th

As much as I would like america to have some ground in the division once again, I don't want brock to be the man that gets it back. I think he's very over-hyped and didn't impress me much at all in his last couple of outings. Clinchko wins by tko in the 8th.

I agree with you, I think Brock is shit also ! that fight Brock had with Timor was the most boring Heavyweight fight I had seen in the last 20 years. and that says a lot . considering how many snooze fests the Heavyweight Division has produced over the last decade. I hope Wlad wins this fight big .. 3rd R KO im hoping

Brock is wide open for a right hand, bad news in this fight.

He's also just solid, there's nothing really exceptional about Brock.

He needs to keep a tight guard, jab his way in, throw some right hands on the way inside, then go to the body, uppercuts. But Wlad will catch him with the right and if he does get inside Wlad will just hold on.

    Wlad TKO 7

    8!!!! 7!!!!

No my friends, more like 5. The first right hand Wlad throws he drops Brock and once he has Cal in danger he'll stop him more than likely with a left hook which I think is the absolute BEST in the division....even with Tua still fighting.

Tua can't hook off the jab like Wlad...it's a thing of beauty and when he sits down on the hook with some power it's LIGHTS OUT for anyone

Am I the only one who thinks the banker has a chance?

I don't really rate Brock that highly...but he's got good skills, a solid chin and he can bang and to be honest you don't need a whole lot more than that to beat anyone in the HW division these days.

If Brock has a good night and Wladimir has an off night I can see an upset on the cards here.

Wladimir has looked impressive in one outing and people now say he's the best in the division as if he's the one to beat. I don't buy it, anyone who gets knocked out by Corey Sanders and Ross Purity is always going to be supsect.

    Brock by TKO.

His chin is not "solid" if you care to take a gander at his record you will see he hasn't fought ANY power punchers and.....AND he got knocked down by Jameel McCline!!!!

Yeah an upset can happen IF Wlad has an off night but the guy has 10 years in pro boxing and has had 3 off nights.......3.

Brock's power is GREATLY exaggerated because of the Zuri Lawrence KO....he was being outboxed by a guy who has 0 KOs in over 30 fights, a guy who forgot his mouthpiece in his corner because he got too excited about being on a PPV event and he also asked "How did I do" after the first round.....so he didn't really have the confidence of a veteran boxer going in to the fight

Here is m 2 cents on it.....

Klitschko is the best fighter in the division right now.....Truth is the only real flaw in Wlad is his chin...a chin that IMO...I have said this before...that is not as fragile as made out to be....solid NO!!! but not fine china either...IMO Wlad would panick when hurt more than anything and not know how to weather the storm then fold...Manny is greatly improving on that...If he made it past 3 of Peters knockdowns a guy who is right now the hardest puncher in the game he can deal with brock...

In one of those what if type situations...What if Wlad had the chin of Vitaly...The guy would be an all time great b now....

Brock is not the future of the division I do think he has a title in his future but against Wlad is not where that title is coming from....This will be a measuring stick for him though....If he loses and how he bounces back will tell us where brock will stand from now on....

It will be a better fight than expected

CC Daxx, You makes a good sense

But I just think Wlad is on another level than anyone Brock has been around...sure Brock is talented but he's not there(at the top of his game) yet. I just hope Wlad doesn't hurt him too bad.

Didn't see it because i didn't have the patience to go thru 30 mins of spanish automated customer service by comcast to order a fight but he doesn't really clinch he semi clinches as he did a million times in the byrd fight.

Sanders did give him trouble....Sanders gives a lot of people trouble.

vs Brewster he went for the KO too early

vs Purrity he was young and just tuckered out that's all

10 years of boxing, only 3 losses it still is pretty good.

I'll give him that he could do a lot worse against the bums of this era. Eventhough he got up three times for the peter fights i'm still not sold on him being a great champ. Obviously he's the best around right now but i'm pretty sure someone will come along and take it away from him. Before that hopefully he makes himself useful and knocks off valuev.
