This guy may be problems for the rest of the bantamweight division, look at his speed.

I seen both his wins over Veeraphol Sahaprom. And was impressed. I think he's the third best Bantamweight behind Rafael Marquez and Fernando Montiel. While I don't think he can beat Marquez or Montiel he will be hard to beat.

I think Marquez would blow him out to next week, but I think he would be very competitive against Montiel, either way, he is a worthy opponent to anyone in the division.

His next fight against 'El Pueblanito' Garcia should be good slated for Nov. 13th.....
Garcia can box & bang well comes forward he does lack a bit in the defense dept. but more then makes up for it in offense. Hasegawa fights well hes pretty smart in the ring, Garcia will give him trouble for the first 4 rds. or so if Hasegawa can get past that he will win plus the fight is taking place in Japan..... So if it goes the distance we know who'll win...

Garcia does a little of every thing. But not enough of anything. He doesn't possess great knock out power or boxing skills. He'll be competitive the whole fight, but he'll lose a lopsided decision. No hometown decision needed.

You think he'll (Garcia) last the whole fight?
When I first saw this fight on paper I was like Garcia is gonna win it, but then I said slow down here and really look at the match up. Thats when I figures Hasegawa would stop him....

I think he will. If he gets stopped I think it'll be from cuts or his corner throws in the towel. Other than that I have Hasegawa on points. Easily.

Hozumi Hasegawa. Too fast for Youtube.

He looks pretty powerful but for the only two minutes I've seen of him it looks like all he does is load up on his left hand. He doesn't jab or move he just comes right in and times the overhand left.

did you see those flurries when he got backed into the corner? watch his other fights too, he's got a pretty good chin.
