Yea no kidding.. What the hell would he contest it for, that was such a piss poor showing by both fighters.. Sergei is probably one of the worst fighters to ever hold a HW belt.

He lost his balance after a four punch combo and fell through the ropes. The punches didn't put him through the ropes, his lack of balance and coordination did. He also seemed to be hurt by a not too hard punch. I really think he was exhausted. God knows why. Neither fighter threw too many punches.

I would not be surprised to see James Toney get a shot at Briggs and Peter go ahead and fight Maskaev instead of Toney/Peter 2

Let's hope Peter gets a title shot as for Toney vs Briggs, why?...wouldn't a Briggs vs Valuev fight be a bigger draw?...I may be biased but I think the novelty of Toney has worn off...

This fight was very straight forward. He lost concentration, and copped it. HE LOST! No need to protest, there are no controveries here, he needs to learn to keep his mind on the job from start to finish.
