Just checked out boxrec, that's some bullshat I just said, he was on the undercard of Lacy v Calzaghe right down near the bottom, he looked a million bucks, and you could tell he was a Shaw/Birmingham fighter.

Jason Litzau this featherweight is tremendous fighter ! big things in 2007 for this kid !

assuming this isn't limited to any weight class, someone else. I think Dennis Boytsov steps up his competition and makes an impact at the heavyweight level.

Bad Chad looks like an accident waiting to happen the moment he truly steps up.

I would not say Quintana or Williams are prospects anymore,they are seasoned pros! If quintana beats Cotto,he should have a big 2007.

I picked Lucian Bute out of that list.. I think he's a great prospect. He's taken an excellent route up the pro ranks and disposed of everyone he's faced easily, having been in with very respectable competition for his experience. Jason Litzau is also a guy who could really break through very explosive puncher with good technique. The Peterson brothers also could become champs, I think Anthony is a little better, they both need to be more active and step it up though.

another Irish man to look out 4 is Andy Lee, looks a great prospect!!

Personally, I think that will be on the name of British boxing fans come 07 will be Nicky Cook, as his title shot against Scott Harrison has become a whole lot easier with Harrison's numerous troubles, and I believe he'll be a favourite as Harrison training in prison will be nothing like as sharp, as if he had had a perfect, unblemished training camp. As well as being undefeated, Cookie has impressed onthe European level, and an 07 matchup with Juan Manuel Marquez could well be on the cards if he makes his way past Harrison.

I voted paul williams. I think 2007 will be a big year for him... Like someone mentioned i wouldn't consider all of those guys "prospects" anymore. Prospect wise I like Duddy who is also missing from your list
