Im picking Collazo to pull an upset here. A changing of the guard could well be on the agenda....Collazo surprised me against Hatton. If he can continue or imoprove on that form then Mosley has a fight on his hands....

I think Luis is bluffing. To not train for Mosley's power would be crazy, he hits hard at 147 these days. I don't think Luis is the favourite but I do think he has a big big chance.
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!

"All during camp Collazo never sparred with any full-fledged welterweights. Is he concerned that it might make a difference? "No not at all. Mosley isn't a natural 147 or a 154 pounder. He is naturally a lightweight. I wasn't preparing for power. I was preparing for hand and foot speed, slick movement and defense. I am ready and everyone will see on Saturday."

Hope it's ok that I copy pasted that snippet... Really seems silly to me as well.. He hasn't sparred with ONE real welterweight , and he's fighting a guy whos coming down from 154 and is by far the strongest and most powerful guy he'll have faced. This just furthers what I already think, and that is that Collazo looked great against Hatton, but he wasn't a natural welter and Mosley will be so much stronger. It seems absurd the more I think about it, that Collazo didn't want to prepare for his power.. If anything that's Mosley's best asset at this point, his foot speed is diminished somewhat, he's still got fast hands but to dismiss his power is crazy.

maybe Vargas might beg to differ on that point about Mosely not been a natural WW when he knocked him out as a LM. And what's this "if I'd have told him to knock hatton out he would av because he doe's what i say" if he could have he would have simple as everybody loves a knockout.
