Yeah the Byrd - Williamson fight was on the same night as RJ - Tarver III I do believe. I know it was Showtime's answer to a big HBO card. Not sure which one.

But it was not only attrociously bad, I think it was a bad decision. Byrd had about 4 rounds in that fight where he did ANYTHING at all. I honestly think he went rounds without landing a punch. Either way, even though Williamson didn't put a thing behind his pathetic excuse for a jab all night, I think he won the fight.

That bout was on the undercard of the Toney - Guinn matchup and it made that one look like the Thrilla in Manila! It's the only fight to ever completely cloud my judgement of another. I honestly felt Guinn showed himself nicely and thought it was an exciting fight. I was delerious I downloaded the fight a few months after and was shocked at how ordinary of a fight it was. I could have sworn there were fireworks.

I liked that fight Both were trading fairly well and had Gatti possessed more power the fight would have been a lot more even. It was a bit of a disappointing fight but I wouldn't call it a bad fight.

I dunno. I seen a lot of bad fights. Juan Urango vs Ben Rabah was pretty horrible recently.

I quite enjoyed that too, but at the same time it was extremly depressing seeing Gatti with no fight left in him.

He had plenty of fight just no pop. You could see he was reaching. But he is just past it

I didn't like Lennox-Tua only because I thought it was gonna be fireworks and Lewis fought so cautiously, smart, but cautiously, it was just so anticlimactic.

Anything that Ruiz was in, unless he was getting KO'd...

Also, Ice Cold Boxing mentioned Lewis/Akinwande and Bonecrusher/Tyson - excellent picks. These fights were probably the worst I've ever seen.

Tua/Lewis sucked ass as well. Lewis has been in some terrible fights because he takes no risks. Both Holyfield fights were dull as hell...

Seen heaps of crap undercard bouts, but one I was really disappointed with that sticks in my mind is Bobby Paquiao stopping Carlos Navarro. Navarro actually keeled there counting along with the ref! What a sh*tty excuse for a fight!
