fastest hand speed over all....I'd have to say Roy Jones Jr because of his jab when he used it he had one of the quickest and most accurate jabs when he used it and all around Roy had a better all around hand speed department.

The rest of them were just either good at one thing or the other.
CC, but Roy only had a good jab in 2 or 3 of his fights, and it wasn't as quick asthe rest of his punches. Only against Pazienza and Ruiz did it look like a frightening tool.

I dont think Leonard could stop Hagler or anything close to it. But in his prime at Welter he cracked like a MOFO when he wanted to.....jsut above average is a big understatement IMO.

well out of 10 id rate his power 6 out of 10 he had power that would make you respect him but he didnt have kinda power that could turn fight around he would have to hit you multiple times to do that and Shane Mosley has very quick hands and combos he is top 5 easily at moment

Yup, not only the layoffs but also the mental baggage he carried after coming off such a serious condition - detached retina - which simply means his eyeball could've come out of the socket anytime if it weren't corrected. How can he ever come forward fighting after coming off such a shock? He hardly did but still managed to 'box' Hagler beautifully. If he weren't bothered with that, I think he would've come more forward and could've KO'd him - at least he would have had the means to do so, IMO, with more experience and in his prime. What a damn good boxer he could've been?! Tsk, tsk!
No offence, but that made me laugh out loud... Until I realized you weren't joking. I don't think any natural middleweight in history would have KOed Hagler.. And to say SRL would have evver had any chance is really really a ridiculous statement imo. If he had ever tried to KO Hagler at any point in his career it only would have lead to him taking more punishment.. He had to fight Marvin the way he did, he couldn't take good shots from him, and he had no ability to hurt Hagler. Have you even seen the fight? I kind of doubt it.
I think Roy Jones Jr. could have. Or Julian Jackson
It's possible.. Id see Roy Jones winning a competitive fight by decision being more likely.. Maybe Jackson would have a chance to KO Hagler but imo he would more likely be KOed himself in trying to. Those two would have probably as good a chance as anonyone ever though, certainly SRL didn't have power anywhere near comparable to theirs at 160...
