that was one of the most dissapointing nights i have ever seen
but i think GSP will come back strong that was a really good punch but not a dominant performance that would make u think it would happen often
But i am glad that matt is a class guy and not some big talker GSP also sounded like he had his head in the right place.
of course i am biaus becouse st.pierre is my favorite fighter to watch but was there a slip before that big punch

thats the problem with mma. tooooooooooo many upsets. Fedor is unreal for staying undefeated this long against the most vicious of oppositions!

it goes to show how unpredictable things are, especially with 4oz gloves. Anyone can beat anyone on any given day.

GSP will come back strong and re-claim it. He's far too good and the best 170lb fighter in the world right now, IMO. He just got caught against a guy with heavy hands. It happens.

I'm glad diego lost. i don't like either of them but I like Diego less. He just seems stupid, IMO.

Meanwhile, if Randy doesn't vacate the HW belt, he's gonna get killed in the ring, literally. Now with cro-Cop in there, Hering, and now the announcement that White signed Nog, that division is getting stacked too, and you KNOW that others will follow..Hunt, Randleman, etc, etc.... and eventually maybe even Fedor.

The problem is that UFC has a max weight for their heavyweight division (255 or 265?) that Hunt and many others are far beyond.

I don't know if it's just me or whatever, but GSP just never really looked comfortable in there I mean the look on his face plus his body language just seemed off compared to other fights I've seen of his....
I mean Serra was just swinging away head down GSP should have caught on to that, the 1st time it happened...

Hughes would beat Serra the reason Matt was all over Serra after that win is because he doesn't want to fight GSP again

The Kos/Diego was not the greatest fight but Kos played his gameplan out perfectly. This weight class is still the best. We have a new champ. Who gets the first shot? Hughes, Kos or GSP in a rematch

yeah it looked like the swipe that clipped the back of the neck unsettled him, throw in the slip and the couple of big shots he took, it's one of those things he'll be back for sure.
