I'm not saying I believe Mayweather will beat Oscar with 100% certainty. Oscar is way too good for that. I give Mayweather 75% odds at very best, and even then I think this fight, and Oscar fighting anyone those are the best odds I could possibly give his opponent. However should Mayweather prevail I want him to face Mosley. Sure I think Mayweather technically far superior and quicker, but Mosley's style throws combinations, and he has the power perhaps to KO Mayweather, and the speed to definitely hit Mayweather. I always wanted to see Taylor fight Whitaker, but he never did. I believe that Mosley has regained alot of his speed if you watch the Collazo fight. Against most peoples beliefs I tend to think handspeed doesn't leave good athletes as quick as people tend to think especially if they keep themselves in shape. Footspeed can go, but handspeed doesn't slow down all that much. Ali was still blistering fast with his hands far into his 30's. Roy Jones Jr. still has very good handspeed, James Toney still has good handspeed. Chris Byrd still had good handspeed, and same wtih Tyson.

Mosley outpoints Mayweather for me

I can't see that happening personally.

If Mayweather beats Oscar then the sky is the limit for him. No way he will retire, so many great matchups and mega paydays for him.

Fight Cotto
Fight Cory Spinks.

Loads of great fights.

Personally I think if the Oscar fight is close there will be a rematch. Neither will turn down the mega millions they can get from doing it again.

A Spinks match up was in the talks and almost happened and no one really was excited to see it.
A Shane fight could sell...but I highly doubt that Shane could outpoint Floyd.
A Cotto fight would be a waste of time.
The biggest fight for Floyd after a DLH win would probably be....Winky at a catch weight maybe 150

Winky can't even make 154 anymore IMO. He's going up to 170 to fight Hopkins which makes me doubt he will be able to get back down to 154 let alone 150. Shane would be a good fight for Floyd if he wins because Mosley is still fast, and Mayweather isn't the tall jabbers that Forrest and Winky were that gave Mosley problems. Cotto I don't think will ever be good enough to beat him, and Spinks IMO is a very good fight for Mayweather. They both outboxed Judah, but while Judah could hurt SPinks I don't think Mayweather could, and SPinks has a huge height advantage, and enough speed and reflexes to keep Mayweather from comming in. I mean Spinks is very fast, and if he comes in shape this could be like Leonard vs. Hearns minus the power.

Winkys trainer has said that Winky has been walking into the gym at 162...So Given the right amount of time...he could make it.Spinks has the height advantage but that has never given Floyd a problem.Floyd doesnt have that much KO power at these higher weights...but the object is to hit and not be hit.Which he has almost perfected.

Winky weighs about 185-186 at walk around weight Roy Jones Jr. said WInky was within 1 pound of him naturally during the Wright-Trinidad fight. Spinks is very quick though Mayweather hasn't fought a quick tall fighter. Hernandez was tall, but not very fast, Corrales is pretty fast, but not like Spinks, and Ndou wasn't overly fast.

He walked in the gym monday weighing 162 as reported by his trainer.Its in yesterdays St. Petes newspaper.

Maybe if he was working his ass off. He was weighing in for middleweight fights at 170, and being in great shape there is no way he would weigh less than that unless he got really sick or article is wrong.

It's not fair that you guy's keep talking about Mosley. When Floyd challenged him before the Oscar agreement Shane wanted no parts of the fight, saying he wanted to take some time off and think about thing's. Now that the fight with Oscar is signed he is all up in the news doing interviews on how he want's Floyd and why. He his helping Oscar spar, and doing other thing's to distract Floyd, I think that is cowardly, you had your chance and you passed, you have no one to blame but yourself.
