    Default PACMAN vs Solis

Who do you think will win? How will the winner win? By TKO or UD?

I don't even know if I've ever seen Solis fight or not Just can't even think of who he is.

This isn't PPV is it? I've barely even thought about the fight, would like to see the Arce-Mijares fight thought.

I would assume Pac would win, but don't know anything about Solis

Solis has an undefeated record 32 wins, 23 by TKO. Yes, its ppv. I have seen one of Solis' fights and it seems that there is nothing interesting about him. Pacquaio had gone to the point where he fights even an unknown fighter just to win. The Pacman is desperate of a win so that he will win in the upcoming elections in the Philippines. Pacman does not really care about boxing. All he cares about is earning money. Sometimes, I think he does not deserve the praises he is getting from boxing fans.

It's so frustrating that a skilled boxer like him is lured to join the dirty politics of the Philippines.

Why doesn't he deserve praise? This is the guy that in his first fight at 126 took on Barrera, then fought JMM in his next fight. When he had no real reason to do so, he could have easily just taken an easy fight after beating Barrera. Who else in that position would have fought a guy like JMM? I'm not jumping on Floyd because he's started to fight much better opposition lately but Floyd would have said, "who is he, who has he fought."

Not to mention Pac has fought Morales three times, and other guys like Ledwaba who was highly rated by a lot of people at the time.

This fight sounds like it sucks, and Larios wasn't great, but overall its hard to question Pac's opposition.

I don't know what the flushing is all about cutmemick. I said "SOMETIMES, I think the Pacman does not deserve the praises he is getting from boxing fans. I did not say he does not deserve."

I just feel that the Pacman does not care anymore about his boxing fans (actually, the FILIPINOs). He is being regarded as the best filipino boxer but it seems like he is ready to lose his boxing career in favor of law making (where he does not have any knowledge on how to be a law maker).

I see where you are coming from but those are pretty harsh statements to make.

Pacquiao had gone to a point where he fights even an unknown fighter: Surely you did not mean this?
Desperate for a win that will favor him in the elections: Like he needs more popularity
Pacman does not really care about boxing: What do you care what he cares about?
All he cares about is earning money: He gives back right?
Does not deserve praises: Because he joined politics? geez

I don't like Pacman running but I am not as frustrated as you are. I still believe that mo matter how much of a public figure Pacman is and how significant his boxing career for Filipinos he is still an individual that has the right to do what he wants. The guy is a pro athlete getting beat around the ring for a living, how much care for boxing do you need to see?
Pacman has all the right to run, if he wins and mess up big time then go critic his public office not his boxing.

Yeah i agree. Philippines is a free country and anyone has the liberty to do what he or she wants to do, as long as it doesnt violate anything. Whats so funny about Solis is the his 2 younger brothers are both fan of Pacquiao. They were so happy to meet him during the Presscon.

I am predicting Solis will knock out Pacquaio or Solis will win by UD.
