OK, this is a topic that jumped into my head after staying up to follow the Wackster's DRBR of the Manny Pacquiao fight, and I was wondering how do people from other countries or continents cope with staying up late, or getting up early to follow the boxing.

The Pac-man fight was on at about 5am UK time, and after that finished it was almost light, and I'd been drinking coffee to get me through the hard hours between 2-4 waiting for the fights to start. Once that was over it was getting light, and I was a bit more alert, so went out on the bike for a couple of hours on some local dirt trails, and eventually got to bed around 8.30am.

What I was asking is does anyone have any techniques to deal with the different time zones?
