Basically..Forget at which time they were prime etc.. Prime fighters.. Not all time list..
Just the general generation of Mid 90's or so onwards onwards!
Also its not a particular rule..But mine are mostly consisting of the lighter or middle weight classes..
Its not that heavyweights etc dont contend as p4p greats..Just hard to fit them in against such great competition.. and difficult to judge if they would be as great if not for theyr size and punching skill..
They are great as heavyweights..But would they be great at middleweight or lightweight?.. Weird question..
1. Pretty Boy Floyd. I dont like it..But he is undefeated as of this moment and is a greatly skilled fighter and multi weight world champ.
2.Roy Jones Jr. A four division champion with undoubted skill.. Did not become a great Ppv star due to lack of opponents in the light heavyweight division once he couldnt make below 175.. But undoubtedly one of the most skilled fighters to ever step foot in the ring..
3. Pac.. A great fighter, role model, Fights the best and beats them.. Exciting fighter with everything going for him..
4.Bernard Hopkins. The Former Undisputed Middleweight champ, superb fighter.. Entertaining and controversial man.. Only dethroned by another great fighter in close maybe controversial fights..
5.Winky Wright.. Perhaps one of the most ducked fighters of a generation..
His skill and will to fight the very best speaks for itself.. a real fighters fighter.
6.Oscar De la Hoya. 6 weight classes and 9 world titles i believe he has earned..
A truely great, skillful fighter always fighting the best to this day and still considered a huge challenge to the best.
7.Marco Antonio Barrera. He has enjoyed a long and full career with legendary fights against legendary fighters .. always entertaining and has risen to his feet many a time when close to defeat..
8. James Toney. A tremendously skilled fighter who i beleive should be considered an all time great but has had so many missed opportunities to capitalise on chances to gain a great solid legacy..
But his great career and awesome skill and controversial character cannot be denied..
9.Felix Trinidad.. An amazing fighter with incredible power who would and did fight anybody..
Three time world champion in three weight classes and a truely popular and entertaining star to the end. also boasting his impecable record of 42-2-0 35 ko's.. His only two losses coming from undoubted or future Pound for pound all time greats..
10. Sugar shane mosely..Known for bieng a great fighter and fighting and beating some of the best around.. Beaten by other p4p greats.. or at least great champions with his number..
A great speedy fighter.. who is still entertaining to watch with alot of prospects of what to do with his career..
So thats mine..Its probably a little mis shapen but add your's if you can!
Peace
