".......Max Kellerman saying that it was a very dominant performance by Mayweather..." was the only cogent comment made all night. Lamprey should be tossed and Floyd Sr. is irrelevant.

You are in the minority. Max is not worthy of taking Larry's place. I do not even think he is hardly worthy of holding a microphone. HBO backtracked on replacing Larry with Max lately I think.. They are going to find someone who can at least be up to the level.

Last night Merchant commented on how he didn't know too much about Rocky's opponents as he doesn't follow Argetina boxing all that much. Look, I paid $55 for that idiot to know what he is suppose to know. Argentina has a great and rich tradition in Boxing with many great warriors and any half-a** historian would know that. Merchant is too lazy and senile to bother to research it. Christ, all one has to do for starters is go to Rocky's list of opponents on Box Rec and do some cross-referencing. Just one more reason not to like him. That said, however, and as much as I don't like him, he actuallywas good last night compared to the flip flopping Manny and the bile-inducucing Lamprey who would went apae S*** every time Oscar threw a punch. Someone needs to tell Lamprey that no matter how much perfume you spray ona dog turd, it still smells like a dog turd.

I know, but I still like him though it's kind of like being the second tallest midget in the circus.

Oscar, Floyd, and the fans were the real winners tonight.
That is exactly what I think.... I can't stand Lampley, he calls punches for the wrong fighter, exaggerates when a punch lands, and speaks matter of factly his own opinion. I feel the same about Kellerman also, certainly not a dominating performance. I think the punch stats were tweaked also, cause ODH slipped alot of punches and I think the compubox guys counted them. Floyd SR. obviously wanted to stay on camera as long as possible. He dragged that first interview as long as he could.
