    Default Amatur boxing stars of the future??????????????????

    Anybody know of any up and coming fighters that if they stick at it could make an impact on the pros.

    I will start the ball rolling.

    One kid I think he is about 15 or 16 who has been marked as a potental for the olimpics is a lad called Fred Evans.He has already boxed in Cuba and is well known in the south wales boxing circet.

    working with a kid at the moment whom every one keeps telling me is the one. we will see its a long road, but hes certainly the best raw talent ive had to work with, im excited.

    watch out for these names:billy morgan and dudley o'shaugnessy, billy has fought for england and dudley for great britain, both won numerous national titles.

    Danny jacobs is the best ive read about 131-4 record at am still yet to turn pro, but training with collazo and codrington. watch out for him at middle weight, theres a light mid weight that owns a win over jacobs that coaches say could be better than him his names deemetrius andrade not quite sure of his record tho

    Another local kid in our gym has just won the Welsh youth ABA vest.He is only 17 but big things are expected of him.

    Now he is going on to the British championships which are in wales this year which is a bit of luck.If he looks good we have been told(on the quiet) that he is going to be selected to train with the potental Olimpic squad in Shefield.

    I wont mention his name until after he boxes in the British.

    An update on this.

    The kid has just been selected for the Welsh Comanwealth boxng squad.Not officia yet so still cant name him.

    A guy named Frankie , I cant remember his second name but a Kid from up north 16-17 years old I think will be something good in the future, I used to see him at my old gym all stars.
